Sales & Revenue

A new lead arrives as an email. Before the call, search the person, search the company on that domain, and keep both on one investigation.

The call starts from a report, not a blank CRM row. The same search can run the moment the lead is created.

A lead from a demo form

The form stored lina.cho@northwind.example and nothing else. That email is enough to open both searches. The names below are a sample of the shape of a report, not a live result.

  1. Search 1Person

    lina.cho@northwind.example

The person record: other emails, phones, profile URLs, and roles.

  2. Search 2Company

    northwind.example

The company on that domain, so the account is not only a personal inbox.

How to run it

  1. 1

    Search the person

Paste the lead's email, phone number, or profile URL. One identifier is enough. The report is built from public sources and comes back structured, so you are not reading a raw dump.

  2. 2

Search the company on the domain

Take the domain after the @, or the website on the lead, and run a company search. If the domain is a school, use school search instead. That second search is its own credit.

  3. 3

    File the account

Create an investigation, add the person and the company, and name it after the account. Export a PDF when a teammate needs the report outside Expose.

  4. 4

Run it on every new lead

Zapier can start the search when a lead is created. n8n and Make will cover the same step. An agent with the MCP server or the Agent Skill can run it from the tool your team already chats in.

What you start with

  • The email on the form
  • A phone number, if they left one
  • A profile URL from the signature or the site
  • The company domain

What comes back

  • Names and other emails
  • Phone numbers
  • Profile URLs
  • Roles and past employers
  • The company record for the domain

Connect it

Same search, from the tool you already have open.

Run this kind of search on a real identifier

Open the platform, paste an email, phone, profile URL, or domain, and read the report.
